Adoptable Guinea Pigs

Either you're here to look at the adorable Guinea Pigs in our Pig Pen, or you are looking to add some to your family.  Either way, I want to help you make the most of your visit!

If you are looking at pictures please feel free to enjoy!  If you have questions, please ask using the link on our CONTACT US page, email us at myhopesinyou@yahoo.com, or call us at (845) 527-8033.

If you are looking to introduce a Guinea Pig to your lone pig, or adopt a pair (or more...), please consider allowing us to assist you!   We strive to make your adoption experience an enjoyable one.

First we will have you complete and email us your application (link to pdf file for application found below).  Please be specific on page 2!  We will process your application within 24-48 hours.  Once approved, we will invite you to schedule a visit to meet a pair or our bachelor/bachelorette piggies that best suit your family's specific situation.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SUPPLIES UNTIL YOU MEET/TALK WITH US!  There are many items out there that we do not recommend for your safety and the safety of your newest family member.  To avoid frustrating returns please ask before you purchase an item.  Remember, we are here to make sure your bond starts here, but continues at home!

We are honored to assist you in this memorable experience.

Adoptable Guinea Pigs

These guinea pigs are ready for their new families !

Winnie, Sara and Mary

These three 4 month old baby girls are spayed and ready to find their forever home!

They can be adopted as a trio or a pair and we will bond the single to another piggie in our care.

Grumpig and Tynamo

Grumpig and Tynamo are a part of the "lawnmowing guinea pig" rescue effort.  They were left in chicken wire wrapped around pvc pipe and on the ground.  They were not handled and very scared.  Now looking for a home where they can be spoiled piggies.

Pooh & Piggie the Roo

These two brothers were surrendered due to childs allergy.  They are neutered and awaiting a family to love up on them as they learn to enjoy people.

These two siblings were born on November 4, 2020.

Rory and Lorelai

spayed Mother/daughter duo came to us from a case through Animal Control.  Both have been cleared for adoption and warm up wonderfully to knew people.  Mom does have an over active sebaceous gland but it does not impair her health.

Mom is just over a year and baby will be 1 year in December2022

Our Seniors

These little ones have lost their homes later in life and are now looking for a comfortable home to live out the rest of their lives.

Soel

Soel came to us with uterine cancer and after surgery she is now cancer free.  She is living with 4 other elderpigs now.

Nibbles & Bibbles

These boys were adopted several years ago.  Sadly they have come back after COVID forced their family to move across the country.

Kevin

This elderly guy lost his friend after an abscess burst right after his surrender.  He is living with our other older piggies and literally loves every pig he has ever met.

Guinea Pigs in need of Sponsorship

These are guinea pigs that have chronic medical conditions or require surgeries.

Guinea pig

Currently there are no guinea pigs need medical assistance.

Did you know that guinea pigs live longer, healthier lives with other guinea pigs?
